Motor Claims Procedure & Requirements
- Report the incident to police (or relevant authority).
Contact Coverra claims team and request the motor claim form.
Do not admit liability or negotiate settlement without our consent.
Collect and submit all supporting documents (see list below).
Upload completed form + attachments via this page.
- Claim letter
- Repair cost estimate
- Photographs of damaged vehicle
- Police report / theft report / fire report
- Medical report (if injury)
- Death / Post-mortem / Letters of administration (for fatality)
- Signed affidavits or statutory declarations
- Others as required per claim type
injury / death: file within 3 years
Damage: file within 6 years
Claims may be rejected if the vehicle was driven without consent, under the influence, or if the vehicle changed hands without notifying us.
Keep the damaged site intact for inspection
Non-Motor (Business, Property, Liability, Travel, Life, etc.)
- Report the incident to the appropriate authority (police, fire department)
- Notify Coverra immediately & request the correct claim form
- Preserve the damaged property or site for inspection
- Complete the claim form and gather supporting documents
- Submit/upload everything to Coverra for review
